Increase Platform Value. Expand Revenue Without Rebuilding the Simulator.
CLAiTS gives simulation vendors a closed-loop intelligence layer that can automate curriculum progression, generate doctrine-aligned follow-on scenarios, and adapt training to individual learner deficiencies. By connecting simulator performance data with functional skill estimation, doctrinal requirements, and unit readiness needs, CLAiTS helps existing platforms evolve from delivering scenarios to continuously developing competency.

Beyond The Debrief
Simulation systems have become increasingly effective at creating realistic training environments and capturing human performance data. Modern platforms can replicate complex operational scenarios, record participant actions, and generate detailed After Action Reviews (AAR). Despite these advances, a fundamental gap remains in how simulation is used to develop competency
The Current Challenge
Modern simulation systems have significantly expanded the ability of training organizations to expose personnel to complex, high-risk, and low-frequency events in controlled environments. These capabilities have become increasingly valuable as operational demands continue to evolve and access to live training opportunities remains constrained. Most simulation-based training remains centered on individual training events. Participants execute scenarios, receive feedback, and move on to subsequent training. While deficiencies are identified, the responsibility for translating those observations into meaningful performance progression remains largely manual and instructor dependent. As a result, competency development often varies based on instructor experience, available training time, and local training practices. Two participants can complete the same training event, receive the same feedback, and leave with very different pathways for improvement. The identification of deficiencies is increasingly standardized; the remediation of those deficiencies is not. This creates a challenge for training organizations seeking to develop proficiency consistently across individuals, units, and locations. The next evolution of simulation-based training is the ability to systematically convert performance observations into targeted training progression. Closing this gap would enable training organizations to move beyond identifying deficiencies and toward a more structured approach to developing competency.

"CLAiTS is the adaptive intelligence operating system for existing and future simulation platforms."
Every experience becomes part of a continuous progression, informed by simulator data, doctrinal requirements, and estimated competency states.
